IJM Land Berhad, the property arm of IJM Corporation Bhd, was awarded the highest accolade, the platinum award in the property development category at the tenth Putra Brand Awards 2019. This is IJM Land’s fifth and highest accolade at the Awards.
IJM Land Managing Director Mr Edward Chong received the award on behalf of the company at the awards’ Gala Night held last night at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
“The team at IJM Land is truly honoured to be recognised for our commitment towards quality excellence and continuous improvement. We continuously push ourselves to find new ways to enrich the lives of our homeowners and deliver things that really matter to them. The ultimate goal for us, has always been about making home means more to the many families who have placed their trust in us.
Constant dialogues with our customers have kept us on our toes, as we evolve with their lifestyle needs to create liveable spaces that they love. We would like to thank our customers for their support and confidence in us over the years, and the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) for organising and keeping up the tradition of recognising brand excellence,” said Chong.
“Our brand reputation as a trusted value creator has served us well through the years and we will continue to build on this brand trust.” He further added, “We are proud to be selected amongst our peers, and stand in good company with the gold, silver and bronze winners in this category.”
The Putra Brand Awards is an initiative by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) to recognise local and international brands that are near and dear to the hearts of all Malaysians. It is a brand award endorsed by MATRADE and is the ONLY award chosen by the PEOPLE.
This year, close to 9,000 respondents willingly participated in the consumer preference survey, generating in excess of 25,000 responses to determine their favourite brands across 23 different categories.
The Platinum award is a new feature of the awards ceremony this year for each category, along with the introduction of the “Hall of Fame” for brand icons that have consistently bagged the top awards over the past years.
