Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya Celebrates an Abundance of Luck & Prosperity this Chinese New Year

“Huat” your way through the start of Year of the Rat with blossoms of abundance this Chinese New Year! Witness peony flowers blooming beautifully at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, beckoning family and friends close for a great time to catch up and make memories together.

Aptly themed ‘Garden of Abundance’, mall visitors can witness an amazing decoration of beautiful peony flowers at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya – this auspicious flower symbolises prosperity, abundance and good fortune. It will be designed to incorporate butterflies in decorative shades of sweet orange and red, swooping in to denote that Chinese New Year is upon us from 6 January 2020 until 9 February 2020.

This year marks the Year of Metal Rat and as per the yearly horoscope predictions, the New Year is linked to material success, wellness, and luxury in life. To play a small part in reaching out to them, Paradigm Mall PJ is working with Kechara Soup Kitchen's Food Bank initiative by initiating a Food Bank donation drive in the mall.”

Mall visitors can be a part of this meaningful gesture by donating food (dry and canned food) to those in need – simply drop them at the designated Food Bank donation bin stationed in front of RHB Bank at Level CC from 6th January 2020 – 31 December 2020. Adding more joy to the celebration, Paradigm Mall PJ will match the food donations made by the public to the food bank in this CSR initiative.
