As of 6 March 2020 at 12.00 pm, 28 new cases (56th to 83rd) of COVID-19 infections have been reported in Malaysia. All of these cases have been detected for further treatment.
The close contacts of these cases are also being identified for further investigation and sampling.
This makes the cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases in Malaysia a total of 83 cases. These positive cases include Patient-Under-Investigation (PUI) COVID-19 infections, close contacts, and Humanitarian Aid Missions.
