Based in Kuala Lumpur, the regional hub is part of the company’s commitment to greater investment in Malaysia and Asia, and partner success in the region
Nutanix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTNX), a leader in private cloud, hybrid, and multicloud computing, today announced it is opening a new APAC Partner Support Centre (PSC) in Kuala Lumpur.

The PSC will help Nutanix achieve one of its key goals — namely, driving more services sales via partners and enabling the channel to move more swiftly to an ‘Everything-as-a-Service’ (EaaS) model including Nutanix’ full portfolio of products. EaaS is gaining in popularity due to the economic advantages it offers, helping organizations achieve specific IT outcomes faster so they can focus more time and money on their business.
“Strategic partnerships have always been one of the cornerstones of our success. As the channel evolves toward an ‘Everything-as-a-Service’ future, Nutanix is committed to supporting partners and building mutually beneficial relationships that help their businesses thrive. With our new Partner Support Centre in APAC, Nutanix is doubling-down on its commitment to partners in the region,” said Jacob Pereira, senior director of Channel, APJ, Nutanix.
The PSC will offer multilingual support to Nutanix’ partners in countries across APAC. It will initially be staffed by team members working remotely, with a view to transitioning to Nutanix’ local office in Kuala Lumpur when it is reopened following the pandemic. Staff will provide partners support in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with additional Asian languages to be added in the future.

InvestKL Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Azmi Zulkifli, said, “Nutanix’s investment in Greater Kuala Lumpur signifies a high level of trust and confidence toward Malaysia’s economic potential – one we are proud to support. The launch of the Nutanix APAC Partner Support Centre is in line with the government’s aspiration to position Malaysia as a cloud-first nation. This new centre is expected to further boost deep capacity development for local talent and ultimately continue to generate high-value jobs for Malaysians, leading to sustainable economic growth for the country.”
