Santan redefines value with RM9.90 meals

Extends popular Santan Value Set for lunch and dinner at all outlets starting this week



The phrase “what’s for lunch or dinner?” will no longer be a million dollar question as Santan’s got you covered! Starting this week, Santan is extending its RM9.90 Value Set for lunch (12pm-3pm) and dinner (6pm-9pm) at all of its nine outlets in Klang Valley.

Santan Value Set comes with one meal and one drink and is available for dine-in, take away and delivery until 30 April 2021. Besides enjoying more value, dine-in customers can look forward to being served by AirAsia cabin crew at selected outlets this weekend (13 and 14 March 2021).

Launched in February for three weeks exclusively at Santan Sunway Pyramid, the Value Set proved to be a huge hit for Santan as daily orders for the outlet increased 100 percent with close to 2,000 meals sold and 1,200 orders. Following the success, the Value Set was also introduced at Santan NU Sentral outlet earlier this month.

In addition to the Value Set, Santan further redefined value for its customers by offering free delivery via airasia food up to 5km from any of its outlets with the promo code MARCHD3ALS and only RM0.99 cents for subsequent 5-10km with the same promo code. This is especially important to provide the same value to its customers choosing to dine in or order from the safety and comfort of their homes.

Santan General Manager Catherine Goh said: “We recognise from demand what our customers are looking for in terms of value and we heard them loud and clear. Our customers enjoy the staple Bundle for 2 and 4, Family Bundle, and Combo Meals but the launch of Santan Value Set across all nine restaurants, will really be a game changer. We hope by extending the promotion to all of our outlets, more customers across the Klang Valley can enjoy our delicious meals at greater value.

“As part of airasia, we were able to revamp our price point by leveraging on the group’s larger ecosystem such as airasia food as an ordering platform, Teleport as a delivery service, Ourfarm as a fresh produce supplier and BIG Rewards as a loyalty program which allows our customers to pay for their meals using their BIG Points. These internal services enable us to lower our prices while maintaining the highest quality.”

Santan is also set to open its 10th store at Wangsa Walk Mall, Kuala Lumpur this month and another 10 stores in the second quarter of this year including in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, and Johor.
