Extending its food delivery service throughout Ramadan month for customers who would like to observe Iftar at the safety of their own homes
Première Hotel Klang is extending its delivery service throughout the Ramadan month. As such regular Ramadan Buffet goers who are staying home throughout this glorious month can still enjoy buffet items at the comfort of their own homes.
“This year, we have added items such as Ayam Bakar Pasu to the menu apart from Malaysia’s state iconic food like Gulai Kawah Pak Long, Daging Salai Percik, Ikan Pari Asam Pedas, Ikan Patin Masak Lemak, Rendang Masam, Ikan Bakar, Char Kway Teow and many more,” said Première’s Executive Chef, Noor Hisham Mohamed Yussof.
Ayam Pasu, Noor Hisham said, is a type of juicy smoked chicken that is marinated overnight in a mixture of spices and then slow roasted for an hour in a makeshift oven using two large clay flower pots (pasu in Malay) using traditional charcoal for aromatic flavour.
“This roasting method gives the chicken a very distinct smoky flavour,” he added.
Apart from that, the hotel has also taken inspiration from Malacca famous Klebang Coconut Shakes and created its own concoction of shakes namely Première Special Assorted Coconut Milk Shake, a blend of fresh coconut water and flesh, sweet vanilla ice cream and their fruit of choice; coconut, pineapple, banana or even assam boi!
Première Hotel Manager, Christopher Chan said that the menu can be enjoyed by both dine-in and delivery customers.
On extending delivery service to customers, the hotel manager said that with the new norm, the management realises that some customers may still prefer to observe the breaking of fast in the safety of their own homes with their loved ones.
“With the on-going delays in food delivery service due to the lack of riders on the road of late, we have decided to take proactive measures to deliver the food to them ourselves so that our customers can still buka puasa with their favourite festive meals,” Chan added.
The Ramadan Delivery Set is priced at RM170 nett for 2 persons and customers can pre-order 1 day prior at 03-3325 6828 or via WhatsApp 012-449 6258.
Food service delivery is available from 3pm until 6pm and complimentary delivery charges for those living within 5km radius from the hotel.
For dine-in however, customers can enjoy the buffet at RM100nett per person.
Last week, Première Hotel Klang also hosted a special buka puasa event with five underprivileged families nominated by the village head of Kampung Jawa, Klang.
Some of the asnaf families are from single mother households, and have disabled person family members.
