Muslim matrimonial app, Hawaya rolls out Pikat Lines contest with TV personalities and attractive prizes to winning lines!
“You cannot spell kuih without u and I” and that’s only the start to many more pick-up lines that you may have stumbled on social media, especially this Ramadan-Raya season. Taking the festivities a notch further, Hawaya introduced its first-ever Pikat Lines contest on Instagram featuring Malaysian personalities, Riena Diana and Azrel Ismail.
Not only does the contest further strengthen Hawaya’s commitment in encouraging Muslims to take that leap of faith in love, it also helps young Malaysians to go beyond their comfort zone in their journey to find a life partner. This effort is also anchored by Riena Diana and Azrel Ismail who today announced that they have just downloaded the Hawaya app in their quest to find “the one”, but are in need of every Malaysians’ help in exchanging the right pick-up lines in the comments section. Selected by these influencers themselves, each winner* with the most creative Pikat Line will walk away with a FREE subscription of Hawaya Premium for 6 months! With Hawaya Premium, users can enjoy additional features on the app which include sending unlimited likes, finding out who has liked their profiles, boosting their own profiles and more.
“Here at Hawaya, we embrace and celebrate progressiveness. However, the societal pressure to settle down and start a family by a certain age has always been the norm, especially during festive season; causing tense and awkward moments during family get-togethers. This led us to the introduction of Pikat Lines - which we are very ecstatic to roll out in Malaysia. Pick-up lines have always been a humorous, lighthearted approach to initiate a conversation and we wanted to see that flourish among Malaysians while helping them feel less pressured in finding love,” said Sameh Saleh, CEO and Co-Founder of Hawaya.
Hawaya has been a trusted companion for serious single Muslims looking to marry by facilitating connections and ensuring that users are comfortable and safe in every step they embark on with Hawaya. Having built long-term serious connections across the globe since 2017, Hawaya hopes to bring the joy of discovering true love to more Malaysians.
“The journey towards love is important, and we want to make sure users find the love they want. For Muslim women, Hawaya allows them to take control over their love life, and that the love that blossoms are genuine. In line with that, this Raya season, I would like to invite and encourage Malaysians to Begin Your Love Journey with Hawaya,” he added.
Drop your best Ramadan Pikat Lines to Riena Diana and Azrel Ismail by following just 4 simple steps. The Pikat Lines contest runs from 1 May to 31 May.
