Sequels to triumphant victories
Driven by the success of Dian Residency and Tuan 2egacy, CPI Land will be offering two new properties, Residensi Dian II and Tuan Series III.
The upcoming Residensi Dian II will be welcoming homeowners to modern contemporary luxury set in centuries-old Balinese inspired architecture. With the construction completion expected in 2026, Residensi Dian II has 748 serviced apartment units and 14 commercial units. The project currently has a booking rate of 80%.
