Vietjet has officially commenced its inaugural flight between Ho Chi Minh City and Haneda Airport, the central of Tokyo, offering passengers more choices for affordable air travel between two of the most vibrant cities in Vietnam and Japan.
Now, with 7 return flights every week, flyers can easily travel between Tokyo via Haneda Airport and Ho Chi Minh City. Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Tokyo (Haneda) depart at 17:00 and arrive at 1:00 the next day (local time). The return flights from Tokyo (Haneda) to Ho Chi Minh City depart at 02:00 and arrive at 06:10 (local time).
More flight options are now available to passengers to and from Kuala Lumpur to Vietnam by transiting in Ho Chi Minh City. Operating on a daily basis, flights between Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City will give passengers more flexibility and an alternative flight route to Japan.
The Tokyo (Haneda) – Ho Chi Minh City flight service is Vietjet’s second route between the two cities, making up a total of seven Japan – Vietnam’s routes. Vietjet is operating direct flights from Tokyo (Narita and Haneda), Osaka to Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Fukuoka, Nagoya to Hanoi. The airline also operates charter flights from Vietnam to Japanese destinations such as Niigata, Shizuoka, Fukushima, Ehime, and Wakayama, just to name a few.
Additionally, the airline has announced a significant increase in its flight capacity between Vietnam and Indonesia to 84 weekly flights from August 12, meeting the rising demand for travel to the enchanting paradise islands of Bali. With the flight expansions, Vietjet will introduce five daily return flights connecting Vietnam's vibrant cities of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to Bali. Travelers will also benefit from the convenience of the direct connection between Ho Chi Minh City and Jakarta, facilitating seamless travel experiences between the two dynamic cities from August 5.
