HONOR Magic V3 Breaks Record as World’s Thinnest[1] and Lightest AI Foldable Phone
The HONOR Magic V3 sets a record for being the world’s thinnest foldable phone with enhanced durability, battery, display, and AI experience, to global consumers. This foldable has a folded thickness of just 9.2mm[2] and impressive 4.35mm when unfolded. Its weight of 226g[3] is comparable to a regular flagship bar phone.
Industry’s First Aerospace Special Fiber Material, Stronger and More Durable
Designed to endure everyday wear and tear, the HONOR Magic V3 features an Aerospace Special Fiber body material that strikes a perfect balance between thinness and durability. With a strength of up to 5800MPa, this industry-leading Special Fiber surpasses other materials like Kevlar and carbon fiber. It offers impact resistance up to 40 times greater and reduces the thickness of the device’s back cover by 30%, ensuring the phone can withstand even the toughest conditions.
The HONOR Magic V3 features the industry’s slimmest and strongest hinge, made from HONOR Super Steel, with a tensile strength of 2100 MPa. This material allows for a slimmer hinge body of 2.84 mm, providing more space for structural reinforcement.
Moreover, the HONOR Magic V3 also adds an extra set of swing arms to the hinge, significantly enhancing its resilience by 1,250%. With these upgrades, the hinge can withstand up to 500,000 folding cycles and has earned the SGS Durability Certification.
To ensure the inner screen remains pristine and resilient against daily wear and tear, the HONOR Magic V3's 7.92-inch display is fortified with the HONOR Super Armored Inner Screen. While the foldable’s 6.43-inch external display is made from HONOR Anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield, offering up to 10 times the shock absorption capabilities of regular glass, ensuring outstanding durability against accidental drops.
HONOR Magic V3 is also rated IPX8 water resistant, safe to use even when light rain, accidental spills and even submerge in water at maximum depth 2.5m.

The Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0.1 on the HONOR Magic V3 offers a more personalized and secure user experience. Circle to Do More with Magic Portal enables users to open two portals simultaneously on both sides of the screen to quickly share and search for information. Simply circle text, an address, or an image using your knuckle, and then drag it to the relevant app through the Magic Portal.
Parallel Space feature allows users to operate dual-space apps independently on separate desktops, functioning like a second phone seamlessly integrated into their foldable device. While Magic Capsule enables users to expand notifications with just a tap at the top of the screen, providing additional information without the need to navigate through multiple system apps.
HONOR AI Features powered with Google Cloud
HONOR has partnered with Google Cloud to include AI capabilities in the HONOR Magic V3. With AI Eraser, users can easily remove unwanted objects from images using generative AI. The Face to Face Translation feature enables real-time translation, allowing users to communicate with people who speak different languages or to understand speeches in foreign languages. HONOR Notes also includes advanced AI Office features, such as voice-to-text conversion, live translation, and the ability to identify who is speaking during a group discussion.

Featuring ultra large capacity 5150mAh third generation Silicon-carbon Battery, the HONOR Magic V3 can meet a full day demands even high usage. It supports 66W Wired HONOR SuperCharge which takes around 45 minutes for a full charge, plus 50W Wireless HONOR SuperCharge.
Powered by the Qualcomm® Snapdragon® 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, the HONOR Magic V3 delivers excellent performance. It also includes a C1+ chip, ensuring the best connectivity even in areas with low network availability and enhancing 5G network performance.
