AirAsia Academy, RedBeat Capital’s education arm under Capital A Berhad, has launched a campaign titled #RatuTech, aimed at empowering women to acquire tech skills and inspiring them to realise their pursuit of STEM jobs. The main goal is to reskill 200 women from underprivileged backgrounds, especially those in the B40 income group, supporting them to develop relevant and marketable in-demand tech skills to enhance their economic opportunities. President (Ventures) of Capital A, Aireen Omar said: “We are very excited to launch this campaign to help women to reskill and build a career in the tech industry.
