Maggi Collaborates With Women's Ministry & Tech Companies To Boost Women's Participation In The Digital Economy

On the occasion of the International Women's Day 2023, MAGGI® has announced its third edition of PMWCBM in collaboration with tech companies – Google, Meta, and TikTok. This collaboration offers a comprehensive upskilling workshop and masterclass focused on content creation for social media, personal growth and how to grow a food business. Since the programme’s inception in 2020, it has impacted over 3,500 women nationwide. Malaysia’s Top Young Chefs Unveiled At MAGGI®’S Cooking Competition
In its 26th installment, the MAGGI® Secondary School Cooking Competition (MSSCC) 2022 today unveiled five teams of budding young chefs as its national winners, who triumphed over more than 2,000 participants. They are: Camelia Ivana and Irdina Sofiya from SM Sains Rembau, Negeri Sembilan Nabihah Auni and Nur Ain Syazwani from SMK Pandan, Kuantan, Pahang Alya Qaseh and Qurratul Ain from SMK Pengerang Utama, Johor Vanessa Grace and Valentina Ulau from SMK Bandar Sibu, Sarawak Aleya Alesya and Damia Batrisyia from SMJK Notre Dame Convent, Melaka Introduced in 1997, the culinary platform aims to cultivate an interest in cooking amongst secondary school students while raising the awareness on the long-term effects of eating well on health. The campaign is a strategic collaboration between MAGGI® and the Ministry of Education, which has since witnessed the participation of over 341,000 students across 10,000 schools in Malaysia. MAGGI® Raised Over RM40,000 for Charity Homes in East Malaysia
The recently-concluded MAGGI® “Jom Masak & Berkongsi Bersama” campaign which celebrated the Tadau Kaamatan and Hari Gawai festivities in Sabah and Sarawak respectively, raised a total of RM42,437 in aid of the underprivileged communities. Grand winner Ms. Rabiyahton Binti Diwa from Sabah received Toyota Hilux from MAGGI® Proceeds from the campaign will be channeled to three charity homes - the Malaysian Red Crescent Society in Sabah; as well as Hope Place and Special Needs Society Kuching in Sarawak. The beneficiaries will receive upgrades to their existing living facilities as well as contributions including furniture, food and household supplies, which will be distributed to members and communities in need, including people with intellectual disability and welfare homes.
