In conjunction with World Kidney Day (WKD) 2023 with the theme "Kidney Health for All – Preparing for the unexpected, supporting the vulnerable!", the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF), Ministry of Health (MOH) and Malaysian Society of Nephrology (MSN) are organising a 5KM Fun Run in a bid to promote a healthier lifestyle. The run will be held on 11 March 2023 (Saturday) from 7am to 1.30pm coupled with an action-packed line-up comprising a Zumba session, free health screenings, a lucky draw, hula hoop challenge and other fun games in addition to the Fun Run! Attendees can also look forward to a cooking demonstration by Dr. Ezani, the winner of Masterchef Malaysia Season 1, on healthy dishes that can keep your kidneys in good condition.
